I was born and raised in a small town near Great Falls.  I have a true appreciation for the authentic people and natural beauty of Central Montana and the Great Falls area.

I work with people whose lives have been affected by traumas, big and small, and who experience a variety of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, strained relationships, parenting difficulties, chronic pain, employment problems and loss of meaning. I help people navigate life transitions and stress. The essence of my work is to heal wounds by focusing on relationships and facilitating mind-body connection.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in the state of Montana.  I received a double major Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Gonzaga University in 2004 and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Montana in 2007.  I have provided outpatient counseling in a variety of contexts including: private practice, community mental health, hospital and schools.  I am an EMDR Trained Therapist.  EMDR is a highly effective, extensively-researched treatment modality specifically developed for the treatment of trauma but also effective for many issues that people experience.
